Just what I need, another of new shoes. LOL. That’s the line that ran through my mind when I came across this website. I was supposed to check for something else, but this shoe site was among one of the top searches that caught my eye. I checked it and, voila! Shoes galore! And when it’s shoes, my eyes are glued!
There were a lot of lovely yellowbox sandals and oh boy, I found another one to add to my many pairs. I wonder what will be the husband’s line after he finds out about it. He will be amused, no doubt. (“,)
I woke up a little later than usual today. I did that on purpose. It is the weekend so I need not get up to prepare the little one for school. I have to wake up at 5:30 in the morning during school days and by the end of the day, I am already exhausted. I could go back to sleep in the morning if I wanted to, but I choose not too. I would rather do my tasks and be productive.
When I went out of the bedroom, the husband was already on the back deck talking to our neighbor. I went to the kitchen and overheard them talking about WeGotPumps goulds pumps. I know those are water pumps, but I have no idea why they were talking about it.
I found out eventually from the husband that the neighbor is thinking of buying one to be use at his farm and he wanted my hubby’s opinion.
Although we arrived here in November which was still Fall, it was already late for me and my son to see its beauty. All the trees were already bare because the leaves had fallen. We never got to see the changing color of the leaves and the different colors that it bring. This coming Fall will be the first Fall that I will get to see the transformation.
We live in the mountains and you can just imagine the trees surrounding us. I come across an article yesterday that speaks of how the leaves will color this year and it says, it will be excellent. I really can’t wait to see it unfold before me.
I will meet you soon, Fall…
Finally, after more or less three months, the husband finished the planter. Wooot!!! Well, I can’t blame him because he is always tired when he gets home from work and he only worked on it during weekends. And there were times that we had things to attend to, so the planter had to take a back seat. It’s still summer though so no biggy. We will still enjoy our flowers – flowers that our neighbor gave us. They also helped us plant them last weekend and gave us a basket of garden gifts which included tools that we can use.
I don’t consider myself a green thumb, thus, I wasn’t into flowers. But after arriving here and seeing my husband’s yard bare, I knew I had to do something about it. Our neighbor’s offered to help since I don’t know anything about flowers or plants and I can’t thank them enough.
Our front yard is now lovely as it should be!
Today was my last day of enjoying our bed. You want to know why? Classes will start tomorrow and I will have to get up early again like I had to before summer began. It will be a struggle for me, no doubt, because I will be adjusting again. Well, not just me by my son too because we both wake up late during the summer. We really make most of our time in bed.
But you know what? Even though it will be another adjustment for me, there is a good side to it too because I will be productive again. There will be more time for me to do tasks and all. And I do have a lot of things to research including a cellular booster that we might need. I already read about the wilson cellular booster, but I want to learn more about it.
Summer has flown by so quick. Soon, it will be fall and cold days will be here again.
