It rained for two consecutive days this week. And being able to see the highway from our house, the traffic really backed up in those two days. There was probably a wreck somewhere which is something that is common when the roads are wet.
We can just be thankful for the roadside assistance that we can get anytime if we have problems. But then, my husband always slows down when road conditions are bad; Good boy! (“,)
The temperature dropped into the 40’s yesterday. And with the wind blowing, it felt like the temp was actually below zero. I’m glad it is back in the 60’s today. I will not freeze myself again walking to the bus stop to pick my son up. Brrrrr!
Continuing the task that my husband gave me which is rolling coins in wrappers is more likely to be done today. I was so lazy to do it yesterday because of the weather. Cold weather just makes me lazy. Yesterday was spent chatting with friends, napping and more napping. It will not be the same today, though, because I have a mission to accomplish.
Whenever we were out all though out spring, summer and even in the early part of fall, we saw bike racks on a lot of cars. But now that it’s getting cooler and cooler by the day, I haven’t seen any lately. It will be snowboard racks that I will be seeing in no time, no doubt.
Though we haven’t had snow yet unlike some states, I know some people are also looking forward to snow to enjoy their snowboard. I am looking forward to snow as well, but not for the snowboard, but for the beauty that it brings. I just love it when my surrounding is white and fluffy!
