It’s already afternoon, but all of a sudden, I have a craving for a cup of coffee. I normally have my coffee early in the morning when I get out of bed. And this is not just a simple craving because I specifically want a cup or two of those cappuccino mixes. And the sad part is, we don’t have any. Darn!
Maybe I should let the husband buy me some, huh? Another problem, he is still not home and I don’t know how to drive just yet. Sob. I think I will just have to suck it up for the meantime.
It’s less than two more months to go and we will be celebrating our First Year Wedding Anniversary. Yay!!! I can’t imagine how time flies so quick. I haven’t gotten over the surprise of the Christmas gifts that the husband gave me and soon, I will be receiving gifts again. Knowing the husband who is so thoughtful, I know I will be receiving special presents once again, especially since it will be our First Year Anniversary.
I do wonder if he already looked into plants from ProPlants.com. Because he knows my planting plans. I already thought of my gift for him and I will certainly make sure that that day is extra-special for the both of us.
One thing that I love doing is taking photos and videos of my family. I don’t mind if I don’t have photos of me as long as I have theirs. Just the other night, I took a lot of photos because my son had his Christmas Musical at school. I also recorded the musical using my digital camera.
I’ve already downloaded everything on our computer, and I am planning to download them to YouTube and then share with my family back home through Facebook. There’s one problem though: I still don’t know how to download videos on YouTube. I have always wanted to master downloading videos from youtube, but I haven’t had the chance. Maybe today is the right time to learn it so my family back home will see what my son has been up to. Right!
Today is my sister-in-law’s birthday. I’ve already sent my birthday greetings to her through Facebook, but there’s no reply yet. She’s probably out with the family to celebrate. No problem. It’s her BIG day so, it is just right that she will enjoy it to the fullest. Also, I’ve heard that her dad arrived from the U.S. which makes her birthday extra-special.
I wonder what food they are eating now. For certain, she will take photos of it to share with me, and then I will be drooling again. I miss the food back home. Darn!
But anyway, Happy Birthday, Sistah! More blessings to you and good health too. Mwahugs!
Do you know what is keeping me busy lately? Browsing online for home decors because I really want to give our master bedroom a makeover. Something that is warm and cozy, not to mention with a bed that will lull me to sleep as soon as I hit it.
And that’s not all. I’ve been looking into a blu ray home theatre system too because the husband really loves watching his favorite films over and over again. And that would be a nice addition in our bedroom. But one thing at a time. I’ll go with the repainting first, then the decor follows and then the electronics. I have to go on a budget so I will go slowly but surely.
Lately, there’s never been a day that the husband hasn’t been busy organizing and sorting his documents. And he has gotten rid of a lot of old stuff. He has been organized since I met him which is one thing that I admire about him because I really don’t like clutter and mess.
But there is one thing that he needs after he has done all the sorting: a leather briefcase. He sorted his documents using a plastic envelop with divisions (I really don’t know what you call that) and though it is indeed good for organizing your docs, still I would prefer putting them in a briefcase. Maybe I’ll get him one. That would be a nice Christmas gift, huh?
We woke up to a grayish-white surrounding today. It wasn’t the first frost since the cold weather started, but today was worse than what we had in the past. I actually thought we had flurries last night, but I was wrong. It was frost as per my husband.
It’s almost noon and they’re gone. But we will be seeing them again soon, for certain. How I wish they are already snow though. I’ve been raring to see heavy snow again. Our son is so excited to play with it again. I’ve always loved it when everything around me is white not to mention, I don’t have to deal with it since I am a stay-at-home mom. (“,)
